Our office is open Monday through Friday, except holidays, To schedule an appointment please call our office at 702-380-4242. If you are a new patient, plan to arrive twenty minutes before your scheduled appointment to ensure a pleasant and comprehensive new patient visit. It is important that you bring all pertinent medical records, medication lists, the name of your current primary care or family physician, and the name of the physician who referred you to our office. To help us process information required by your insurance company please bring co-payments required by your insurance carrier, your insurance card so we may obtain the proper authorization for services, identification, and the name and telephone number of a family member or friend we may contact in the event of an emergency. Our office hours are from 7:30am - 4:30pm Monday - Friday.
